Our Process

Steel Images Inc. is on the cutting edge of providing custom processing. We are able to take your designs off of the drawing table and make them a reality. Our NTC Laser and experienced staff combine to develop any special shape or cut you require. Computer programmers can expedite your drawings, utilize your saved DXF file drawings and convert them into our state-of-the-art software CAD program. If multiple parts are involved our operators utilize the nesting capabilities to assure a savings in cost and material waste. The programs are transferred to the laser for a review part. Our skilled operators will begin full production after your approval of the sample part if required
